We work with Real Estate Investors every day in lending them money to do fix and flips, as well as buying long term holds with our money so that they can get money from us to do repairs. They can then refinance out with rental that they put ZERO out of their own pocket. Not a Bad Plan. Their is a big diffrence between the people that are scucessful and make money adn those that we end up having to take the property back on. The diffrence is all in on simple word ATTITUDE! What Rob is talking about is having a Winning Attitude. Deciding to be sucessful rather than waiting for someone else to determine if you are going to have failure or sucess.
